By accessing or using PostHandler (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PostHandler is a content-management platform that lets you schedule and publish posts to third-party social networks (such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) on your behalf, using credentials you connect to your workspace.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you connect a third-party account (for example, a YouTube channel), you authorize PostHandler to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your continued use of those connections is also governed by the third party's own terms. You may disconnect a connected account at any time from your workspace settings.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to PostHandler. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transcode, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service, including delivering it to the third-party platforms you select.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish the content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law or by a connected platform. You may delete your account at any time; data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing to a third-party platform will succeed, or that scheduled posts will be delivered at exact times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostHandler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
